Lauren Sole (Owner)-

I started Beauty & Sole in 2016 after working for many years in various spas and salons as a therapist and treatments manager.

I studied at Chichester College, leaving with distinction in Complementary therapies.

I studied at Chichester College, leaving with distinction in Complementary therapies.

I have also competed in the VTCT World Skills competition in Reflexology, where I was awarded first place.

I love being able to provide relaxing treatments and leaving my clients feeling on top of the world

Beauty & Sole provides luxurious, affordable treatments in the comfort of your own home.

Lauren will travel to your home with all the equipment needed to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized. As a client you don't need to do anything other than answer the door!

We take any of those relaxed snores as compliments!
